Notice: On Friday, April 12, 2002, PageBuilder version 2.61.51 was released. Most of the loading and freezing problems have been resolved. Inevitably there will come a time when you have to report a problem you are having using PageBuilder. You can click on either of the Help buttons at the top of your PageBuilder screen. Here are some helpful tips when reporting problems.

Be very specific when reporting your problems. Include your browser (such as Firefox, IE6 or IE7) and your operating system (such as Windows XP Home SP2 or Windows Vista). Tell them what you were doing when the problem occured and include the name of the file you were woking on.

Take a snap-shot of the screen with the error message on it and send it with your feedback. Windows users can hit Alt+Shift+Print Screen. Mac users who are able to use PageBuilder hit Control+Shift+3.

You may also want to include the time of day the error occured, including your time zone.

The more information you send the better!

You may also want to check the Help Group Message Board and the errors page on this site to see if anyone else has experienced the same trouble and if there was a solution offered for it.
